Science Museum – STEM Wonder Lab Experience
Our visit to the Science Museum for the STEM Wonder Lab was an exciting, hands-on learning experience designed especially with SEND families in mind. This interactive session gave children and young people the opportunity to explore science in a fun, engaging, and sensory-friendly environment.
Participants immersed themselves in a variety of experiments and live demonstrations, sparking curiosity and encouraging them to ask questions, investigate, and discover how science works in the real world. From exploring forces and energy to engaging with light, sound, and motion, the Wonder Lab brought STEM subjects to life in a way that was accessible and inclusive for all.
The session was thoughtfully suited for a wide age range, allowing families to learn together, build confidence, and enjoy shared experiences. With considerations such as ear defenders available where needed, we ensured that every child could participate comfortably.
